Welcome to Pristine Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website at pristinedetailing.us or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Pristine Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be made through our online booking system, phone, or email
  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We require accurate contact information including phone number and email address
  • You must select your preferred payment method (Pay on Site or PayPal) during booking

2.2 Payment Options

We offer two convenient payment methods:

  • Pay on Site: Pay the full amount in person at the time of service completion
  • PayPal: Pay the full amount securely online through PayPal at the time of booking

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • For bookings paid via PayPal: Cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment: No refund will be issued as we may have already traveled or prepared for your service
  • For Pay on Site bookings: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance as a courtesy
  • No-shows: For PayPal bookings, no refund will be issued. For Pay on Site bookings, you may be restricted from future bookings
  • Rescheduling is allowed at no additional charge if requested at least 12 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, PayPal payments will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment

2.4 SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number during booking, you expressly consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Rescheduling notifications
  • Service updates
  • Promotional messages (optional – you can opt-out at any time)

You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any text message
  • Contacting us directly at the information provided below
  • Updating your preferences in your booking account

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and preferences.

2.5 Client Site Requirements

  • The client must provide access to a suitable work area at the job site
  • The client must ensure access to both water and electricity during the detailing service
  • An accessible area for connecting a water hose and an extension cord is required to complete the job
  • Failure to provide adequate access to water or electricity may result in incomplete services or rescheduling. For PayPal bookings, no refund will be issued if adequate facilities are not provided

2.6 Spam Prevention

  • We collect IP addresses from all booking form submissions to prevent spam and fraudulent bookings
  • Multiple booking attempts from the same IP address may be flagged and rejected
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of making fraudulent or spam bookings

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and additional services required

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Pay on Site: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • PayPal: Full payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of booking
  • Payment method must be selected during the booking process

3.3 Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to bookings paid via PayPal
  • Full refunds are issued only if cancellation is requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original PayPal payment method
  • Service quality refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Service quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

4. Vehicle and Property

4.1 Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle
  • We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
  • You must disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions of your vehicle

4.2 Our Responsibility

  • We take reasonable care in handling your vehicle
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • In the unlikely event of damage during service, claims must be reported immediately

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • PRISTINEDETAILING.US AND PRISTINE AUTO DETAILING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE, OUR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN
  • THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE OR WEAR TO YOUR VEHICLE
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES
  • OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACK, VIRUSES, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR DEVICE, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE
  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
